  • You may return unworn, unused items in their original condition with tags within 14 days of delivery for a refund unless stated otherwise (for example, final sale items). A returns form is included in your parcel. Complete the form and send back to us. 

  • To start an exchange contact us at contact@876g3nnaclothing.co.uk with your order number and details. Exchanges can only be agreed if stock is available. In the event the size you need is not available you will be refunded to your original payment method. 

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can help.
